Lacaz Calodyne is a newly built villa in a quiet and peaceful residential area. 

It has 4 spacious bedrooms, 1 guest room with en-suite bathroom on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom upstairs also has an en-suite bathroom. Two of first floor rooms have balcony. All rooms are equipped with an aircon unit.

A created yard planted with palm trees and lawn. A private swimming pool surrounded with a wooden decking. The ground floors consists of an open space living room with view on the swimming pool with TV and Internet Access. A dinner table that can accommodate 8 persons, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry and guest toilet. A maid is at your service twice a week for 2 hours and Gardener/pool boy is present 3 times a week for 2 hours. Bakery, supermarkets and bus stop are all less than 2 mins by car or 15 mins walk.
